Interfaith Action Soup Kitchen

Thanks to all of you who provide and serve meals at our Interfaith Action Sunday Soup Kitchen here at St. Paul's.  Due to your commitment, generosity and compassion, our guests enjoy a filling meal and a safe, warm, and dry respite from the elements every single Sunday of the year.  And to those who are interested in volunteering, keep reading below.

  • Who provides and serves the meals?

    Volunteer serving groups provide, serve, and clean up after the meal. All groups willing to provide a nourishing meal and treat guests with compassion and dignity are welcome. 

  • 2018 serving schedule

    We've started planning for 2018! Check back weekly to see which Sundays need serving groups. Click here for the most current list and contact the church office if you'd like to lend a hand..


    Sign up your serving group for a Sunday. Please contact the church office or phone 847-475-3403.

    Feed your neighbor. A meal every single week, shared by over 25 community groups, over 5,000 fed - inside and out. You can help financially. Support the Interfaith Sunday Soup Kitchen with a tax-deductible on-line donation here. You can also send a check payable to St. Paul's Lutheran Church earmarked for the "Interfaith Sunday Soup Kitchen."
